1. Be respectful:
At La Cula Libre we aim to create a positive and safe space for everyone and do not tolerate discrimination or disrespectful behavior. The school reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission if a participant’s conduct is inappropriate.
2. Photo and video policy:
We may occasionally take photos or videos during classes, workshops, or events for educational or promotional purposes, including sharing on our social media, website, or other channels. By taking part in our activities, you understand that you might appear in this content. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please let the instructor or the school know in advance and we will make sure you are not featured in any published material.
3. Booking & cancellation policy:
All ticket purchases are final and cannot be refunded or modified. Class reservations can be cancelled up to 2 days in advance. Bookings are possible from 1 month to 10 minutes before the class.
Since spaces are limited, please only book classes you can attend and cancel in time if your plans change. This helps make room for other students. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future classes.
4. Schedule changes:
The school reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or cancel classes if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students as soon as possible.
5. Participation & Safety:
We want everyone to enjoy dancing safely. By joining our classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate. The school works to maintain a safe environment and properly maintain all facilities and equipment. Please follow instructors’ guidance and let us know if you notice any unsafe conditions.
Students participate at their own risk for the usual physical activity involved in dancing, but this does not affect the school’s responsibility to provide a safe environment and properly maintained equipment.
6. Personal Belongings:
Please take care of your personal items. The school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
7. Punctuality:
Students are encouraged to arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class.
